We take full responsibility to deliver the product to you in proper condition and will exchange the product if its broken or chipped in the process of shipping. But once the product is delivered in proper condition DALLAS IN 3D INC. does not take any responsibility in case of damage of product due to any accident or mishandling in future. Customers are responsible to keep the crystals safe and far from the reach of children. 

DALLAS IN 3D INC. may  transfer the picture you provided  to our business partner and other designing department for the completion of order. DALLAS IN 3D INC. may request you to use the picture you provided for the sample for display.
